Control Point Associates was founded in 1992 in response to a growing need for quality survey documents provided in a cost effective and time efficient manner. Over the years, Control Point has demonstrated its reputation as the leader in the surveying industry. Outside of our main headquarters in Warren NJ, we have branches in Chalfont PA, Southborough MA, as well as a team of remote field crews strategically located throughout the Eastern United States. We offer services including Boundary & Topographic Surveys, ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, Construction Layout, as well as State of the Art 3D Laser Scanning and BIM Modeling just to name a few.
