Metropolitan United Studio (MUS) is dedicated to creating a dynamically built environment. We believe in setting a high sustainable standard in the initial phase of every project. This belief comes from a genuine desire to create a healthier, higher quality of living and work in both the residential and commercial environment. Our vision is to increase public awareness of environmental conservation and resource management.

Both of our Principals (Jason K Kim and Ethan Lu) are LEED Accredited Professionals, members of the American Institute of Architects, and licensed to practice in New York and New Jersey. They have more than twenty years of combined work experience in the architectural field for residential, commercial, and institutional work. Their leadership at MUS creates the momentum of opportunities to engage in environmentally-conscious projects and other developments that require a “green” standard from the architect, developer and contractor team.

Jason K Kim and Ethan Lu co-founded MUS in 2006. Metropolitan United Studio (MUS) is registered as a MBE in New York and New Jersey.
